Retention Specialist 

 

Our retention specialist will engage in inbound and outbound calls with Inc Authority customers who are due for service renewals. Collaborate with sales and management on ideas and tactics to keep their business. Respond to customer queries and address issues in a timely manner. Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention. Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction. Explain our products and the benefits of Inc Authority services. Make calls to existing for business growth. Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives in conjunction with the Manager.

  • Familiarity with multi-line phones

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year phone experience in a similar role
  • 3 + Customer Sales/Call Center experience desired.
  • Clear background check

This full-time position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
