Renewal Specialist 

 

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Customer Renewal Specialist works with a dedicated team who is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls for existing customers to facilitate their renewal of services. This role contacts existing customer who are within their 90-day renewal window. The Customer Renewals Specialist will contact these customers to discuss products, services, features, values and enhancements available to them.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Makes outbound phone calls to proactively manage a pipeline of renewal customers in preparation for their State compliance points and renewal of other services.
  • Receives inbound phone calls to begin the sales process.
  • Communicates with existing customers (by phone and email) to educate and inform customers of services needed and available to them.
  • Gathers customer feedback and accurately documents interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Delivers superior front-line customer support by adhering to customer and sales support procedures.
  • Manages calls to maximize time and effort on the job to achieve daily metrics.
  • Notifies department management of any deficiencies in systems with proposed resolutions for corrections.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of products
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings, conference calls, and training programs, as directed by management.
  • Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
  • Customer Service/Call Center experience desired.
  • Clear background check

  • Positive and Professional Demeanor and Appearance

 

This full-time position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
